| Client Brief: |
A new Hardwood Orangery to add living space to their home in Reigate, Surrey. The existing Kitchen was not big enough to accommodate a dinning area and therefore a Kitchen Orangery provided the perfect solution enjoying views over the garden. A separate utility room adjoining the house was also required and access both into the garden and the Orangery were required. |
| |
| The Design Solution: |
After an initial site survey, we were able to provide the client with a design visual and comprehensive costing. We provided a detailed drawing of the orangery design which fulfilled the clients brief exactly. This Orangery also benefited from under floor heating for those cold winter days and electric roof vents for the summer months. |
| |
| Planning Permission: |
Planning permission for this particular property was required and was complicated by a large Hornbeam tree which was located in a neighbouring garden and as such was considered a protected species. We worked closely with the local council obtaining the required written tree reports and provided a detailed and comprehensive plan of action to ensure that the tree was protected for the future. |

| Manufacturing: |
With all the above in place, we could begin manufacturing the Orangery to match the exact design and specification. All of our manufacturing is completed in our own factory in Sussex by experienced craftsmen utilising the finest joinery techniques. We also welcomed the client to the factory so they could see their building providing that first glimpse of their dream Hardwood Orangery. |
| |
| Installation & Project Completion: |
Once the Orangery base had been completed and checked the building could finally be delivered to site and the final installation process could begin. The installation went smoothly and the project was completed on time and most importantly to the clients satisfaction. |
